These menus are served buffet style; the food arrives hot, and is delivered with disposable eating utensils. Prices are based on a minimum of 10 people. We can provide additional side items, salads, and beverages to meet your needs. The use of our chaffing dishes is included for parties over 50 people and we will arrange a pickup of our equipment. Disposable chaffing dishes are available for parties under 50 for an additional charge. Parties over 75 people include a buffet attendant. Maximum service time for a buffet under 150 is one hour; additional time may be purchased for longer events. Delivery charges may apply for orders outside the metro-areas, call for information. Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations.
